Prime Highlights

  • IntelliAM collaborates with US company CTC to introduce AI-based industrial sensing systems to the US manufacturing industry.
  • The commercial partnership enhances predictive maintenance and real-time asset management through smart sensor integration.

Key Fact

  • CTC becomes IntelliAM’s approved sensor hardware provider, with US supply reliability ensured.
  • Double-branded solutions are launched with the partnership for maximum asset performance and operation efficiency.

Key Background

In an industrial AI first, UK-based asset management AI company IntelliAM AI plc has entered partnership deals with US-headquartered top sensor maker Connection Technology Center Inc. (CTC). In the deal, CTC will become IntelliAM’s official US supplier of industrial sensor hardware and enable the introduction of dual-branded AI-powered sensing systems to manufacturing facilities.

The collaboration can transform industrial asset intelligence by integrating IntelliAM’s cutting-edge AI software with CTC’s high-speed sensor technology. These systems integrated will offer real-time asset condition awareness, and this will enable intelligent maintenance decisions, reduce downtime, and achieve optimal operating performance. CTC’s history of rapid lead times, manufacturing quality, and excellent warranties now benefits American manufacturers in the form of access to fast, reliable, and scalable AI.

Every leadership team was keen on the alliance. IntelliAM CEO Tom Clayton emphasized that the alliance is a key milestone to providing intelligent asset performance solutions to the U.S. market. CTC CEO Todd Cook, in turn, emphasized the significance of integrating best-of-breed AI with leading sensor hardware to equip American manufacturers with actionable data.

The growth comes on the heels of IntelliAM’s recent success in the US, including securing a high-profile food processor as its first US customer. CTC’s strategic partnership supports IntelliAM’s future development initiatives, further proving its dedication to providing AI-based predictive maintenance and asset performance management to rapidly expanding industries such as food processing, energy, automotive, and pharmaceuticals. Through the coming together of the best of both firms, the merger will bring more advanced levels of industrial intelligence and position IntelliAM as a top performer in U.S. industrial AI.
