Background

Transense Technologies plc, based in Oxfordshire, has struck a new distribution agreement to support its growth plans across Europe and the Middle East.

The company has named Hamaton Ltd and Tyresure Ltd as preferred distributors for its Translogik tyre inspection tools and TireTask tyre management platform. The deal gives Transense its first dedicated distribution partner with a presence in mainland Europe.

Fleets and tyre service providers face mounting pressure to digitise tyre management and this agreement lands amid that shift. Regulations like the 2024 EU rule requiring TPMS on new commercial vehicles and trailers keep reshaping how tyre data is captured, shared, and put to use.

Ryan Maughan, managing director of Transense Technologies plc, called the partnership a key step in the company’s international growth plans, pointing to Hamaton and Tyresure’s strong standing, technical know-how and market reach across the European tyre industry.

Under the agreement, Hamaton and Tyresure will handle the full Translogik lineup, including TLGX tyre inspection devices and the TireTask software platform. Stock will sit at Hamaton’s German distribution centre, allowing quicker delivery, easier purchasing, and local technical support across major European markets.

Martin Blakey, managing director of Hamaton Ltd and Tyresure Ltd, said customers want integrated solutions offering clearer visibility into tyre condition while boosting fleet efficiency, adding that Translogik strengthens the company’s existing TPMS lineup.

The deal fits into Transense’s wider push to grow the international reach of its tyre inspection technologies through specialist regional partners.
